Agents, this page was designed to assist you when making an offer on a REO listing. Different banks require different forms and all of them are available here for down load. Some companies will not send out addendum's until after an offer has been accepted. The one thing to remember is all addendum's take precedent over the PAR agreement. Make sure you understand the bank addendum before you allow your client to sign it.

Not completing all these steps could delay an offer response. All forms should be printed on legal size paper as required by the seller. REO property offer checklist. Please use this check list to help you submit a corporate offer:
1. PA agreement of sale
2. Copy of hand money check
3. Proof of funds or pre approval letter from mortgage broker or bank
4. Appropriate bank addendum's (bank addendum's will come after agreement is made)
5. Corporate closing addendum (required prior to offer being submitted)
6. Corporate property disclosure (required prior to offer being submitted)
